1. Who we are

Midpoint One is a local marketplace operated by Midpoint One LLC and Free Land Vacations Inc ("Midpoint One", "we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information you give us through this website.

Registered business address: 18501 Pines Blvd, Suite 205-C, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029 (Midpoint One, LLC — Florida document no. L17000115985). Free Land Vacations Inc is at Suite 205 of the same address (Florida document no. P07000049193).

2. What we collect

Information you give us

When you send a request to a seller from the checkout page, we collect the details you type into that form:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• The delivery or service address you provide (street, city, state, ZIP)
• Any order notes you choose to add
• Which listings were in your cart at the time

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server logs — including IP address, browser type and the pages requested — for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics tags, pixels or third-party cookies on this site.

3. Why we use it

• To pass your request to the seller so they can contact you and fulfil it
• To answer you when you get in touch with us
• To keep the site secure and working correctly
• To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

4. Who we share it with

We share your details with the seller whose listing you requested — that is the point of the request. Beyond that, information reaches only the service providers that make the site work:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and security
• Clerk — account sign-in, if you create an account
• Sharetribe — hosts the listing photographs shown on the site
• Google Fonts and jsDelivr — deliver typefaces and icons; your browser requests these directly

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Storage on your device

Your shopping cart is kept in your browser's local storage under the key mpo_cart_v1. It stays on your device, is not transmitted to us until you send a request, and you can clear it at any time by emptying your cart or clearing your browser data. If you sign in, Clerk sets a session cookie so you stay signed in.

6. How long we keep it

We keep request details for as long as needed to complete the request and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Server logs are retained on a short rolling basis by our host.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email nicolas@midpointone.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Once your request has been passed to a seller, that seller holds their own copy. Ask them directly, or contact us and we will put you in touch.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
